Confirm requirements
The customer communicates with Mingchuan umbrella(Xiamen) Co., Ltd. to clearly define the specific requirements for custom umbrellas. This includes custom logos/patterns (such as choosing processes like silk - printing for solid colors, silk - printing for multi - colors, silk - printing for gradient colors, and full - color digital printing; determining the Pantone color code or requesting popular color recommendations), sizes (selecting from 30 inches for four people, 27 inches for three people, 23 inches for two people, and 21 inches for one person), umbrella ribs (optional specifications like 6K, 7K, 8K, 9K, 10K, 12K, 16K), and umbrella handles (choosing the corresponding styles according to preferences). Clearly convey their custom ideas.

Confirm quotation
Based on the confirmed custom requirements from the customer, the company calculates the costs including product manufacturing, possible special processes, packaging, and logistics, and provides a detailed quotation with itemized cost breakdowns. The customer negotiates and communicates with the company to determine the final quotation accepted by both parties.

Confirm drawing
The company's design team integrates the custom elements (logos, patterns, etc.) into the umbrella design according to the customer's requirements and produces design drawings. These drawings cover details such as the umbrella's appearance, the specification sizes of each component, and color matching. The custom umbrella effect is presented in a visual form and submitted to the customer for review and confirmation. If the customer has modification suggestions, both parties communicate and make adjustments until the final drawing is confirmed.

Confirm sample
According to the confirmed drawings, the company arranges for sample production. The production cycle for custom - style samples is generally about 15 days (faster for conventional styles). After production, the sample is delivered to the customer. The customer inspects the sample's quality (such as the fabric texture, the firmness of the umbrella ribs, etc.), appearance (the printing effect of patterns, the color matching degree, etc.), and functions (the smoothness of opening and closing, wind - resistance performance, etc.) to confirm whether it meets expectations. If there are problems, feedback is given to the company for adjustment and optimization until the sample is confirmed by the customer.

Confirm order
After the sample is confirmed to be correct, both parties sign a formal contract, clearly defining terms such as product specifications, quantity, price, delivery time, and payment method. The customer pays a 30% deposit as agreed (payment should be completed within 3 working days, and the delivery time is subject to the deposit being received in the company's account). After the company receives the deposit, it formally arranges for large - scale production.

Confirm shipment
After production is completed, the company conducts a quality inspection on the entire batch of custom umbrellas to ensure they meet quality standards. After passing the inspection, packaging is arranged (it can be packaged according to export - standard packaging or the customer's special requirements, such as using OPP bags for inner packaging and cartons for outer packaging). The logistics distribution plan is determined, and information such as the shipment time, logistics tracking number, and estimated arrival time is informed to the customer. The customer confirms the shipment - related arrangements and then waits to receive the goods. If there are quality problems after receiving the goods, they can be handled according to the after - sales process.
